Free Shipping On Orders $100 and Over

Order total must be $100 or over.

Free shipping does not apply to freight items.

Free shipping does not apply to oversized items.

An order with free shipping may be canceled at anytime without reason.

Standard Sized Items Shipped Via USPS or UPS only

Shipping in the contiguous 48 states only on all online orders

Shipments are processed within 1 business day of an order being received unless special packaging is required

A tracking number will be emailed once the item is shipped

All shipments include basic insurance

Freight Shipments

Freight shipments include: kayaks, surfboards, SUP boards, masts over 490, sails over 8.0, cargo boxes, trailers and other oversized items

Freight shipments delivered to a residence will require a person to be available to accept the delivery, no exceptions.

SHIPPING COST The estimated cost calculated at checkout may not be the actual cost to ship this item to your area. If the actual cost is greater you may be contacted and requested to cover the difference. At that time you may request to cancel the order if you do not want to pay the difference.

HANDELING TIME This item must be packaged. This is a large irregularly shaped item that takes time to pack. During peak shopping times this item may take 3-7 business days to prepare for shipping. There is no expedited handling service for a fee. Thank you for your patience.

SHIPPING TIME Shipping time in transit can only be estimated. Shipping companies can have delays due to road conditions, weather, driver shortages and other reasons. There is no expedited service for freight offered at this time. Shipping times due to delays cannot be predicted or controlled.

CANCELATION POLICY This order can be cancelled up to the time of shipping for a full refund. Once the order has been shipped and is in transit the item can be cancelled but the original shipping fee will not be refunded. In addition, a packaging and handling fee of up to $200 may be deducted from the value of the item and any additional charges incurred to reroute the shipment will be charged.

RETURN POLICY Freight items are non-returnable. All other return policies do not apply.
