These beans are wet-processed and carefully dried to prevent taste contamination from the cherry flesh. After resting, small batches are slowly and evenly roasted in a drum roaster for maximum flavor preservation. The smooth medium roast flavor stays fresh longer due to our proprietary packaging system, which significantly reduces oxygen content.
Laird coffee is ground to a medium-fine grind size of 960 μm - 860 μm. All of their coffee is made to brew your way. Perfect for drip, French press, or cold brew! As per brewing instructions - 1 tablespoon (~10g) of ground coffee per 8 ounces of water offers approximately 100mg of caffeine per 8 oz. serving.
