Eligibility for Returns

Return Window:
The item must arrive back at our store no later than 30 days after the date it was received by you.

Condition:
The item must be in new and original condition, unused, and free from signs of wear or damage.

Parts and Packaging:
All parts, accessories, tags, and original packaging must be included and intact.


Product Variations

Please note that there may be slight differences between the product images on our website and the item you receive. These may include:

  • Minor color variations due to differences in computer or mobile screen displays

  • Small printing inconsistencies, misprints, or variations caused by the manufacturing process

  • Subtle design or material updates made by the manufacturer

These minor variations are considered normal and do not qualify for free returns. Customers who wish to return an item for these reasons will be responsible for return shipping costs.


Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Original Shipping Costs: These are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

The return process depends on where your order was placed. Please follow the instructions for the platform you used to purchase your item.


Returns for Orders Placed on Our Website (Shopify)

We’ve made the return process simple with our self-guided return system. Please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Returns Portal
    Visit our returns portal at your Account Page.

  2. Enter Your Order Information
    Provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

  3. Select the Item to Return
    Choose the item(s) you wish to return from your order.

  4. Review Return Eligibility
    Ensure your item meets the return eligibility criteria outlined above.

  5. Print Your Return Label
    Once your return is approved, you will be provided with a return label. Please note that shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.

  6. Ship Your Item
    Package the item securely with all original parts, accessories, and packaging. Affix the return label and ship it to the address provided.

  7. Wait for Confirmation
    After we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund has been processed.


📦 Returns for Orders Placed on Amazon

If you purchased your item through Amazon, all returns must be initiated directly through your Amazon account. We are unable to process Amazon returns through our website.

To start a return on Amazon:

  1. Log into your Amazon account.

  2. Go to Your Orders.

  3. Find the order containing the item you wish to return.

  4. Select Return or Replace Items.

  5. Choose a return reason and follow Amazon’s instructions.

  6. Print the return label provided by Amazon and ship the item back using their return process.

Refunds for Amazon orders are processed after the item is received and inspected, in accordance with Amazon’s return policies.


📦 Returns for Orders Placed on eBay

If you purchased your item through eBay, all returns must be initiated through your eBay account. We are unable to process eBay returns through our website.

To start a return on eBay:

  1. Log into your eBay account.

  2. Go to Purchase History.

  3. Locate the item you want to return.

  4. Select Return this item.

  5. Choose a return reason and submit your request.

  6. Follow the return instructions provided by eBay, including printing the return label if applicable.

Refunds for eBay orders are processed after the item is received and inspected, in accordance with eBay’s return policies.


Important Platform Note

Orders placed on Amazon or eBay must be returned through those platforms.
Orders placed on our website must be returned through our returns portal.
Returns cannot be mixed between platforms.
